Two year warranty for manufacturers defects with bill of sale. Claim to the warehouse.
Dishwasher Connectors:
Ten year replacement warranty for manufacturers defects with bill of sale. Claim to the warehouse.
Other Products:
Product has a 25 year limited warranty on manufacturer's defects only with a bill of sale. Where possible parts are to be replaced. Home carries parts in stock. Contact manufacturer for instructions or parts which are not stocked in the warehouse.
Products covered under the WE program have a one year over the counter warranty.
Dishwasher Connectors:

Hi Shelley,
I hope you’re doing great!
Our customer service team is asking for clarification on what the defective allowance is supposed to cover VS the Belanger warranty.
We know that things such as a missing/broken part is something that we replace.
However, they advised they get regular instances of a customer calling saying they had a defective item they tried to return to the store, however the store told them they need to contact us directly.
I was reviewing the supplier guide but can’t find anything detailing this.
All I found was the following on page 22, section 5.7.

The website has a return policy which states under terms and conditions:
“all merchandise is subject to the manufacturers warranty and will be repaired or replaces as per the manufacturers discretion.”

Can you please help clarify what the defective allowance covers?
